Lorelai & Addison
Tara sent me these pictures of Lorelai & Addison at the restaurant the other night. They were so cute together, sharing crayons and whatnot. :)

Christmas Parade
Gammie & Pop took Lorelai to the Christmas Parade on Sunday. I was going to go but I pulled a muscle in my neck and could barely move. From what I hear, she had a blast. She just doesn't like her picture being taken anymore, I tell you!!

Lorelou the Puppy
She is doing exactly what she looks like she's doing.

... drinking water out of the dog's water dish, because she thinks saw the doggies do it and it looked yummy. Le sigh.

Tis the Season
Gammie, Lore, and I visited Annapolis mall this morning to visit Santa! After waiting in line for almost an hour, Lorelai took one look at him and decided, "Heck no, I don't want to sit on that fat man's lap!!!" Haha... She was SO scared of him -- I think it was the beard. She didn't scream, but she whimpered the whole time. I was surprised, too! It was the SAME Santa! He's gained a bit of weight, but I think he looks much better. Oh, and a better photographer this time, too. :)

^ A little over two months (we got them taken early last year)
^ Eating at Chick-Fil-A... She really does hate the camera now, lol. I was trying to get her to smile. See her ring? Gammie bought that for her months ago! She actually kept it on this time until she got back into the car -- she yanked it off then.Friday, December 12, 2008

Naked Betsy & Abbie
My second attempt looks much better than Abbie. Though her hair is a little weird. I plan on giving her a haircut that doesn't make her look like a Star Wars character tomorrow. She needs a dress, too. Mom named her Betsy. *insert eyeroll here* :)

She's going to have a floral outfit tomorrow... if I can manage it. :) I'll try to get better pictures with natural lighting, too. The shadows make her look wrinkly -- she's actually pretty full, I don't know what's going on with the lines in her face. *sigh*
A better picture of the gothic-y alien, Abbie.

Abbie

Abbie took me HOURS to make. She started out as a baby doll and ended up like this. Dad assures me that she looks like an alien. With hair. And a dress.
I'm okay with that, though. For my first doll, I think she looks pretty darn good.
Please excuse the crappy picture. I didn't feel like waiting for natural light, hence the over-exposure and funky lighting & coloring. Her colors are actually pretty natural and soft. :)

Hi!
This is the new blog. After a few days, I'll be putting Lorelai's old blog as private so that only I can have access to it -- you know, so that when I actually get around to scrapbooking her 10 MILLION photos, I can look back through her blog and figure out the date/how old she was when I took the actual photo.
This is Artically. It'll be updated frequently, so check back often.
